The Wolong intelligent control system continuously monitors key operating parameters—including load, displacement, stroke rate, motor temperature and electrical performance—to evaluate actual well conditions in real time. Based on pump fillage, production load and operating status, the system automatically adjusts output frequency and strokes per minute, allowing the pumping unit to operate more efficiently under varying production conditions.

The solution combines the variable frequency drive, controller, sensors, HMI and communication modules into one integrated platform, creating seamless connectivity from field equipment to centralized control systems.
